for an early history of Harriet Penelope Clark. Harriet is the step-mother of Mary Hardy Stone;
Mary's mother was Mary Clark Hardy, Harriet's sister. Mary Hardy Stone is the wife of Kenneth
Lamond Stone. This is an interesting story of pioneering in southern
Alberta. Harriet's parents were called to come to Alberta to help build the irrigation canals
shortly after Orson Card settled in the Cardston area. Thanks to Kay Standage for this document.

for a history of Anna Clark Hale. I am still cleaning up the text, but it is an account of the Hale family's
conversion, moving to Nauvoo, and from there across the plains to Salt Lake and Provo. I'm not sure
of the connection to the Stone family - most likely an ancestor of Mary Hardy Stone's. Thanks to
