  3. Decide on the campsite/home base - DONE: Queen Wilhelmina Lodge Campsite
  4. Book the campground - DONE
  5. Check into how to book the overflow - DONE
  6. Determine the rides
  7. Who's gonna lead each ride?
  8. Set the itinerary = Done - See the home page!
  9. Friday afternoon ride (short) leader and course
  10. Friday evening meal - DONE: Pasta by Tailwinds, bring yer own trimmings/toppings/beverages/etc...
  11. Arrange the Friday Evening gathering program - Abandoned - let's just chill together, K?
    • Who's gonna be the Master of Ceremonies? - Abandoned (see above)
    • Events (like a shaving contest, granny-gear sprints, tire changing, karaoke ;^), some kind of an introduction/icebreaker/get-to-know-you activity, etc...
  12. Saturday morning Real Canadian Flapjack Breakfast - DONE - By Tailwinds - Pancakes with maple syrup and butter, bring yer own beverages/bacon/eggs/etc...
  13. Arrange the Saturday Evening gathering program - DONE, sort of...
    • Master of Ceremonies - DONE: Kin and Rob01 are our lovely hosts!
    • Prizes - devise a bunch of wacky categories (best legs - shaved/unshaved, best helmet hair, best scars stuff like that), with certificates or maybe DollarStore prizes (keep it cheap!)
    • Photo/video show (I'm suggesting Kin and Rob here...)
  14. Sunday activities (rides, etc...)
